The Sims 2... oh noes!

Journal Entry: Tue Apr 29, 2008, 9:33 PM

Sims 2 ate my dog!

Ah... I'm on a Sims 2 kick again. >.<

I enjoy building houses and making custom content then playing the game, I dare say. I used to run a Sims (original version) fansite, complete with downloads and such. That was years ago... and now, I'm thinking of either looking for a current site to post some of my creations, or building another site myself.

Recent Sims 2 activities that I'm guilty of:

1. replacing the default meshes and skins with customs
2. overpopulating the sim neighborhood with smexy looking aliens, vampires and werewolves...LOL.
3. Creating a completely custom built neighborhood
4. Downloading and trying out various hacked objects with strange and amusing results
5. Spoiling and torturing various sim bodies.

Poor sims, I abuse thee muchly.

I'm not updating the rest of the journal just yet... this is just a quicky. :P

They say artists should be able to create no matter what medium they are handed. But if someone hands you a slab of marble, and tells you to carve a sculpture using only your face, you're probably S.O.L.

Generally, simple wire wrapped rings in copper around $12 and sterling silver $19. More complex I quote based off of request. I had a price list up at one point, but I get contacted so rarely through DA about actually wanting something made, that I wasn't in a hurry to put back the info when I redid my journal.

Yay. So on average how much do you sell rings for? I didnt find anything about pricing on your page.

I sell what I make online, and at art/craft shows... although I haven't done so in awhile. I create custom pieces as well. :)
    ~blakridershadow:iconblakridershadow: Mar 30, 2008, 8:25:34 PM
Do you sell them at all or do custom? I am curious in finding someone who does because I would like to have a ring made and I like your stlye. :)

I do, thank you :) I don't make all the beads from scratch however. The polymer clay pieces I sculpt. I love picking out beads and planning for new projects.
